AIPetPortrait is operated by hongmei qin under the AIPetPortrait brand. We provide online pet photo portraits at aipetportrait.net. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using the service

You must be at least 18 and have permission to upload and edit your photo. Keep your Google account secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. You retain your rights in uploaded photos and grant us permission to process them only to provide the service.

Acceptable use and AI-generated content

Only upload pet photos you have the right to use, without identifiable people. Sexual/NSFW material, violence/gore, hate speech or harassment, child-unsafe content, deepfakes or impersonation, copyright/trademark or privacy infringement, and illegal activity are prohibited. See our Acceptable Use Policy for each category, moderation, reporting and enforcement.

Our prompts use fixed pet/style choices, and providers may refuse unsafe requests. We restore credits for failed or safety-refused generation. For confirmed violations we may remove offending images or suspend accounts; credits consumed by violating content are not refundable, subject to applicable consumer rights. We report CSAM and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

AI portraits

Our service uses third-party AI providers, including Google Gemini and ByteDance Seedream through EvoLink. How it works describes the models and process. AI may alter coat markings, eye colour, anatomy or other details; likeness is not guaranteed. Personal use and use in your own products are permitted. You are responsible for rights to the original photo and for checking outputs for third-party rights. We do not guarantee exclusive copyright in AI-generated images or a particular result.

Credits and payments

One credit is one generated image. Starter is $9.90 for 40 credits and Pro is $24.90 for 120 credits, each a one-time purchase. Monthly is $19 per month for 200 credits each paid period. Credits accumulate and never expire. Generation failures automatically restore credits. Each pack purchase authorises a single payment; subscribing authorises recurring monthly payments until cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo (Waffo Pancake), which handles billing, taxes and receipts. Paid checkout may be unavailable while payment setup is being completed. See our refund policy for unused-credit refunds within 14 days and contact us about billing errors.

Cancel the monthly plan

Cancel before your next renewal. Email contact@aipetportrait.net from your account email with your subscription or order ID to request cancellation. We will confirm when cancellation is processed; do not assume it is complete until confirmed. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove existing credits. Contact us if a renewal is imminent.

Availability, termination and changes

We may restrict abusive use and maintain or update the service. Availability is not guaranteed, including during third-party provider outages. Request account deletion or a review of a suspension by contacting us. We will post material policy changes with an updated date. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that apply by law.
