How to get a good gift photo
Use a sharp, well-lit photo at your pet’s eye level. Show both eyes when possible, the ears and distinctive coat markings. Avoid heavy filters, motion blur and objects covering the face. Choose a photo without identifiable people. For two or three pets, keep all faces visible and bodies separate.
After generating, compare the eyes, coat colours and markings with the original. AI can change details. Download the portrait you want to keep within 30 days. You can send the file privately or arrange printing through a local print shop or an online print service of your choice. Check image dimensions before paying for a print.

No. You receive downloadable digital images only. We do not print, frame or ship anything. You can arrange printing yourself at a local print shop or an online print service.
Can I make a gift for a dog owner without their pet present?
Yes, if you have permission to use a clear photo of their dog. Choose a photo with visible eyes, ears and coat markings, without identifiable people.
Can I try before buying credits?
Yes. One free 1K image per day is available without signing in, subject to daily availability. Google sign-in gives you 3 free credits once.
Will the portrait look exactly like their pet?
Likeness is not guaranteed. Compare the result with the original photo, especially the eyes, markings and ear shape. Only share a result you are happy with.
Can I print a large portrait?
Check the downloaded image dimensions and ask your print service what size they support. A small screen preview does not guarantee a sharp large print. Download your chosen images within 30 days.
